Autumn is a meditative season characterized by the folding of the nature on itself and can be placed between the end of the summer and the preparation of the Christmas festivities. The local event which characterizes this season is the traditional Fiera dei Morti, (Fair of deads) a very ancient exhibition which takes place during the All Saints’ Day. The exhibition is documented in Perugia since the 13c. but there are solid reasons for considering it even more ancient. During first years of 19c. was named as Fiera dei Morti. Nowadays is a manifestation which drags along foods and typical dishes characterized by an old taste to discover.
