Ingredients (for 4 people)
800g pork liver
200g pork coal lining
bay leaves
salt
pepper
extra-virgin olive oil

Preparation method
Chop the liver into small/medium sized pieces, approximately 50 grams weigh.
Season livers with salt, pepper, a little bit of oil and chopped fennel.
Spread coat lining on the table and wrap livers one by one. Spit livers alternating with a bay leaf and barbecue until they are well done
